Blisters on your feet can be a very familiar, but very painful, problem for folks in all walks of life. They are caused by many different factors. You may be surprised to learn that simply slowing down the pace at which you eat your food at can have a significant impact on your weight. As a simple tactic to lose abdominal fat this is among the best.
