You do a good bodyweight training session no matter where you are.

We’re constantly plugged into notebook computers, Blackberries and Personal Digital Assistants as we zoom around the country for business or pleasure. We’re reliant on tools which allow us to remain connected no matter our location. Our lives fit into our digital pockets. No pixel is left unused, because we need to be able to perform anywhere at anytime. That’s just the motto of the times we live in.

With such a life, maintaining a exercise studio membership becomes an added burden, simply because it ties you to one spot. The modern Virtual Nomad requires an exercise system that’s as portable as they are.

With bodyweight training, your health club goes on the road with you. You can download bodyweight workouts and video clips right to your portable computer. Equipment? You don’t need it. Using only gravity as resistance, and you’re already carrying your body with you.

When you’re pressed for time, you can beat bodyweight training.  Beyond our ever increasing mobility, we’re ever more squeezed for time. We must consistently eliminate the superfluous, and to accomplish more with less time.

Who can afford a stressful drive to the gym.  Who has the time for getting changed and showered, and then spending much of a one-hour training session standing around waiting for equipment to free up? {It’s just a lousy return on time invested to train} at a conventional facility.

Bodyweight training makes that burden of “showing up” irrelevant. You can do it anywhere, in the smallest of spaces, and with no equipment. And your exercise is intense and quick, so you can be in and out in 20 minutes, instead of long drawn-out conventional workouts.

You don’t tap that intensity with countless pushups and situps. Only something more intense can get you there, something put together to work you to your edge as quickly and as efficiently as possible. And that’s the essense of the next evolution in bodyweight exercise.

Bodyweight training is economical.  Finally, given the uncertainty of the current economic situation, costly health club memberships are tough to maintain. With banks collapsing, governments are going bankrupt, and our savings are dwindling, luxuries are even harder to consider. These days, health club dues are considered luxuries.  But bodyweight exercise is free. And thus you learn to free yourself and your pocket book.

So if your hectic lifestyle has you constantly on the go, try using bodyweight exercise as an option for staying fit and healthy.  All it takes is a little imagination to design yourself an efficient routine that can be done anywhere and anytime.  Cramped hotels aren’t any longer an excuse for not exercising. A few minutes and a a minimum of space are all that’s required to get a total workout on the road.

If you prefer to lie on your side, bend your knees and place a pillow between them. Don't consume more than 1 day or 2 in bed, since too much bed rest can actually be counterproductive to the healing plan.

Do not have any medication over an prolonged period of time without examining with your professional, since long term manage of many of these medicines can result unsafe side effects in some patients.
