You don’t really have to spend loads of money on an exclusive spa treatment to keep your skin as beautiful as it can get. Going to spa surely has its own benefits but considering the amount of money that can end up spending on skin care treatments at the spa, the benefits that you get from these treatments may not really be worth the money that you pay for them. Expensive skin treatments at the spa do not have any long term benefits on the skin, studies have shown. A lot of the over the counter organic skin care products give far better results than some of those that you get at a spa. Below are two key reasons why the simple use of organic skin care products can be the best cheap alternative you ever took in your life.
As Inexpensive as it Gets
Organic skin care products are not readily available over the counter; they are also far more affordable compared to those treatments you get at the spa. Organic skin care products are the friendliest choice if you are on a really tight budget. But you should always be extra cautious in buying organic skin care products because different skin types need different types of products too. Even if most organic skin care products are known to be safe, you should still be very careful. Always remember that in order to stay healthy at all times, your skin needs the right products. You should be very careful when choosing the right organic skin care products for your skin type. You need to get skin care products that are made especially for your skin type if you have dry skin, for example. If you are unsure about what organic skin care products suit your skin, it is best to consult professional advice.
For your Wellbeing
Experts have said that organic skin care products are safe even for the most sensitive of skins. Why? Because organic skin care products contain nothing more than all-natural ingredients. They do not contain such harmful substances such as synthetic components that may irritate your sensitive skin. When choosing what products best suit your skin, never take anything for granted. Always read the labels; keep in mind that even natural ingredients can cause some type of allergic reaction on certain people.

If you’re snoring is particularly heavy you may be thinking about undergoing snoring surgery. Snoring is more than just an annoyance and inconvenience; it’s something that can cause damage to your throat, mouth, lungs, and even your ears depending on the volume! Of course, it is not necessarily the actual snorer who is looking at having surgery it is just as likely to be the long suffering partner.
You may like to know that there are different snoring surgery options that can be considered. Some are very quick and painless and are done on an outpatient basis alone whereas others are more involved and of course riskier. When considering any type of surgery for snoring you must first try and find the root cause of your snoring so you should really take advice from your doctor or dentist. Which type of surgery you require will be evident by the answer to this. Somnoplasty is one type of surgery. Somnoplasty refers to a cutting away or stiffening and tightening of the tissue in and around the soft palate, which is the area at the roof of the mouth in the back. Flabby or excess tissue in this area vibrates when a person breathes through their mouth when sleeping and it is this vibration that produces the snoring sound. On the whole somnoplasty as a surgery option is quite straightforward and relatively painless. Some patients only experience mild discomfort and can get back to normal the very next day.
Having your tonsils removed could be all the snoring surgery you need. If the tonsils, adenoids, uvula, or other areas of the throat are swollen or infected these too can cause snoring as they will vibrate when a person breathes. A successful snoring cure can result from having any of these removed. This kind of surgery is rather more complicated so it might involve staying a night or so in hospital and there be a longer recovery time. Any surgery to cure snoring that you’re considering should be given careful consideration and preparation. Although nothing is 100% guaranteed snoring surgery on the whole does work for most people.

The cause of Irritable Bowel Syndrome is still unknown. Some experts think IBS is a Motility Disorder. A hyperactive or oversensitive gut is another possible cause of IBS. and the gut will react to changes influenced by food, hormones and stress.
With the typical chaotic bowel habit of IBS, it is not surprising that it is thought of as a motility disorder. The transit time from ingestion of food to excretion is abnormal.
Sometimes it is slower than normal causing constipation and other times it is faster causing diarrhoea. There are two types of IBS, constipation predominant and diarrhoea predominant. Some have diarrhoea and constipation alternating. Stools in IBS can vary from watery and unformed to hard pellets.
Some say there is a link between diet and IBS.
Certain foods will trigger IBS symptoms. Intestinal gut activity is stimulated by ingesting food. This is the Gastro-Colic reflex and develops in response to food entering the stomach. Gastro-Colic reflex in IBS is strongest after fatty or large meals. This strong gut contraction can cause abdominal pains and or diarrhoea.
There is no evidence that food causes IBS but certain foods and the volume consumed at one time can trigger symptoms.
One suggestion is that it is a brain-gut disorder. The Enteric Nervous System is a complex interconnection of brain cells in the gut. Some researchers believe that to understand IBS, we have to understand the workings of the Enteric Nervous System.
The highest level of serotonin, a neuro-chemical is found in the gut. Significant research is currently done on the chemical and its role in IBS.
Serotonin affects the nerves in the intestine and controls contractions of the smooth muscles of the gut. Low levels of serotonin lead to constipation and higher than normal levels cause diarrhoea.
Psychological factors such as anxiety, stress and depression can affect the gut. In addition psychological trauma such as physical, emotional and sexual abuse can affect the gut. In IBS, records show a higher incidence of such trauma. Addressing these issues may produce better long term results.
Gastroenteritis as a cause of IBS: IBS can develop is 20-30% of cases of severe gastro-enteritis. The common infective organisms are Campylobacter jejuni, Salmonella shigella, and Escherichia coli. Serotonin levels in gastro-enteritis is very high and in cases that develop IBS this high level continues.
In women with IBS, the hormones progesterone and estrogen vary during the menstrual cycle and the symptoms may fluctuate. The passage of food residue along the large gut is affected by the female hormones.
Yeast according to Prof. Jonathan Bostoff of The Meddlesex Hospital could be a possible cause of IBS. These patients have reduced levels of friendly bacteria, Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria in their large bowel. This results in overgrowth of Candida.
