With the increased emphasis on the prevention of disease by dieting such as using Atkins diet, more and more people have become aware of various health nutrition-related factors. The consume society is actually characterized by the unconscious tendency to poison the body. And you’ll certain wow and ask yourself how that can be possible. After all, we buy what the market has to offer through the chains of supermarkets. We are in such a rush that we no longer cook at home: we find it a lot easier to make dinner from some frozen food we put in the micro-wave, or we simply order pizza.
Children grow up with highly processed food, and develop a higher risk of obesity in young ages. And disease is the main alarm bell that the body rings to tell us that something goes wrong. Diabetes, GERD, ulcer, irritable bowel syndrome, overweight, constipation, acne, cancer and so many others bear the direct influence of diet. Nutrition health programs therefore insist on the education of the consumer.
We can start by giving up on the many salad dressings we buy ready made from the supermarket, and make them at home. Choose your food carefully and wisely. Read labels and avoid those products with too much fat, sugar or chemicals. I’ll give you a simple example here. Think how great ice cream tastes. Have you ever thought that that great taste is given by chemicals, not by natural flavors?
What about junk food then? If you just take a look at your shopping basket in the supermarket, you’ll identify those foods that I specifically refer too. Chips, creams, toppings, lots of sweets, pudding, jelly and so many more, contain substances that accumulate in the organs, and intoxicate the system after a while. Nutrition health shouldn’t not be constant refraining from food you like, but balance. It’s such a joy in cooking a nice dinner from fresh natural products rather than serve your family canned soup. Think about it!
If you have read this article, it means that your interest in nutrition health issue is real and serious. There are hundreds of healthy recipes you can cook in just a few minutes. Plus, you’ll really make savings if you cook at home. It’s a pity that we pay money on so-called food that kills us slowly.
