Hey, thanks for this post – this has helped me get motivated. I have a question though, its kind of silly but I feel its important. When you are having a session with someone for this weight loss hypnosis can a friend be in the room along with you? I would like to give this a try but I want my friend or a relative to be present in the room.

My husband is 15 pounds overweight, and he wants to start a weight loss program. He wants to start by concentrating on diet only, and then add some form of exercise. Since he has planter facitis, it is sometimes painful on his feet to exercise, so he prefers to stay off his feet. But I still need to get some kind of workout. What kind of diet and exercises should he go with? Thanks.
