It Has Been Discovered That Drinking A Lot Of Water Reduces Weight
It is a good, clean and healthy way to lose your weight by drinking water. No calories are found in water and hence it is extremely healthy to drink as it is, completely natural and devoid of additives or flavourings.
Good hydration of your body enhances your fat metabolism working capacity. Processing fat to generate energy is the primary function of the liver. Lack of enough water upsets the natural balance of the important organs that need lots of water to function properly such as your kidneys.
If our kidneys do not have enough water, they will stop to work and the liver has to help out in addition to its own job of converting fat into energy. This means our liver does not metabolize fat quickly and efficiently leading to the storage of extra fat in our body, which is not healthy.
Keeping your body well hydrated is the key.
As you drink more water you will find yourself running to the bathroom abnormally. It is just a natural and healthy process of our body to get rid of all the water it has been saving for a rainy day, so why worry about it. Drinking more water to lose water might appear weired in itself however the more water you drink the less water the body needs to store, this loss of stored water equals a loss in weight.
Whilst drinking waterhelps the process of weight loss, it is much more effective when done in conjunction with good exercise. You can loose the water stored in your body by drinking water, but combination of good hydration with a healthy diet and exercise regime help to reduce fat, increase muscle size (muscle is 70% water) and your body’s performs well.
Doctors recommend 96 ounces of water per day to keep hydration optimal. In order to generate any significant weight loss you should be looking to drink an extra 8 ounces for every 25 pounds of additional body weight. It is also thought that eating ice can lead to weight reduction as water itself does not contain any calories and eating the ice burns off a similar amount of calories that eating low calorie food does.
Weight loss with water is an extremely good, natural way of helping the body to become more healthy. Water plays an important role in re-hydration and making the conversion from soft drinks to just water, it can help your body in shedding pounds even without large amounts of exercise. By avoiding drinks such as Sunny Delight and Coke you can lower the sugar and calorie content in your body and feel a lot healthier for it.

Obviously, it strains your liver if you are dehydrated so that you can’t burn as much fat as usual. I am all about drinking water for weight loss, not to mention that it makes you feel energized.

A nice piece of advice! Besides, it’s also good for your skin and liver. But I’d like to know whether it’s still ok to drink a lot if you constantly sit at your job and whether there’ll be any troubles with your kidneys.

Water is the most natural thing there is, I totally agree with this site you must drink plenty of water and as stated above if you are looking to lose weight then lots of water and exercise is the answer NOT these pills you see advertised that cost a fortune and most do NOT help at all and some are even un-healthy for you.
