		<description>Really good advice at the end saying that regular sleeping times should be instilled in children, otherwise it&#039;s very hard to start when you&#039;re older.

I&#039;d also add mattresses as a cause of insomnia in some cases. Many people keep hold of their mattress for far too long, resulting in back pains and disrupted sleep which over time can get worse and result in insomnia.
