Portion control is vital to successful weight loss but choosing the right foods is the most important. Give your body time to realize when you’ve had enough to eat as you should still avoid over eating!

While the tradition is for smaller lunches and large dinners you should swap this around as your metabolism slows while asleep making a large dinner hard to burn off.
