Guaranteed The Easiest Eye Exercise To Regain Your Vision
There’re more than a dozen ways out there that you can attempt to improve eyesight. Some of them are unquestionably good, some are only alright, and others are just a waste of time. How will you distinguish which is which?
That’s my problem 2 years ago. Ever since then, I’ve carefully tried all the vision exercises I was aware of and marked down my progress. How do they do? My result impressed me.
Twenty percent of the vision therapy I implemented was responsible for 80% of my progress. I write down note of these eye exercises and category them as what I called “the fundamentals”. These eye exercises, I assumed, are the foundation of any vision strengthening program.
In this post, I would like to tell you one of these eye exercises. It is named “palming”. It may sound too simple but trust me, it works. It works like the following:
Make sure you’re not standing for this eye exercises. Close your eyes and gently place your palms on them, so that you can see no light. Imagine the tense in your neck and shoulders are dissipating. Imagine anything that relaxes you. It can be anything at all. A beautiful beach? A small farm house surrounded by enormous field of flowers, perhaps.
When you palm, make sure you arrange a countdown watch therefore you will not worry how long you have been doing it. Palm for a total of ten minutes, three times everyday. Once when you wake up in the crack of dawn, once during your recess from work and once just before you go to sleep.
Palming at the start of the day enables you to apply an expectation for the rest of the day. The one in the noon enables your eyes to take a break and relieve stress. While the one in the evening rest your eyes and readies it for sleep.
