I found your post to be very helpful. Now that i’m preganant, i am trying to make better eating habits. I rarely eat fast food. Don’t get me wrong, i love eating out but i have cut back on a lot of unhealthy foods. Espically the foods that contain trans fat. That stuff is bad news.
