How To Sleep During A Depression

There are billions spent each year on research and marketing sleep medications by the top pharmaceutical companies.  Millions of people have sleep insomnia problems and want solutions.The pill makers make it sound so quick and easy, you take a pill and minutes later you are snoring like a bear.  What could be better?  This works fine and dandy until you cannot get any sleep without those pills.  Now you are hooked and you have to pay several dollars for each pill.  This can add up.  It’s time you looked into some natural sleep solutions that does involve you getting addicted to sleep insomnia pills.  

You can learn how to sleep during a recession.  You have to have faith and hope that the economy will turn around some day.  You can not just see all the doom and gloom that is all around.I agree, it is hard not to see all the negative news when that’s mainly what the news shows focus on.  Unless, heaven forbid, you turn off the TV.  That would hurt almost as much as giving up your first born.For some that would be too hard to do so the next tip is just to flip the station when the negative evenings news comes on.  Put on something funny or uplifting.  Watch Planet Earth on the Discover Channel instead. This is a good way to cure sleeping problems.

How to get to sleep quickly? One thing I’ve learned is that if you express gratitude and count your blessings, you will be in a better mood more often.  And then when you are in a better mood, you will sleep better.  You won’t go to bed grouchy thinking about how bad you have it.  You will actually feel good about how good you actually do have it and be thankful.As unlikely as it seems, there are people who are in a much worse position than you are.Do your best to put that into perspective when you are trying to get down on yourself. There is much to be said about being an optimist and now we need more of them then ever.If you heed this advice, you will have a better outlook on life and you can fall asleep faster without taking any costly drugs.

There’s nothing worse than not being able to sleep. Usually it works in a vicious circle. You can’t sleep, so you’re really tired at work, so you drink coffee to keep you awake, so you can’t sleep… etc
