Inspiring post, I agree with your post, My idea is smoking can be quit easily, It’s all about yourself. I mean if we believe in our inner self nothing is impossible. What’s with failure? I think we created this situation to pretend that we can’t do anything, but the fact is If you have control to yourself, Failure or success will not matter. What if some one fails to quit it? does he lose himself? no It’s a matter of time. I agree with you that spiritual practices are best ways to balance your inner self & positive thinking. I have seen many peoples who smoke because their social circle or friends smokes or their Elders. I think chewing gum can also help to quit smoking.
