Hey, great info. I really hate that bulge belly fat. Thank God I don’t have that fat, but after reading your post, I’ll definitely take care of it when i get old. I don’t want to fall prey to such deadly diseases like diabetes, cancer etc. Well i must say, a regular exercise is very important to keep oneself fit and to get rid of those extra fats. And in this regard yoga would be much helpful.

Excersies can no doubt be a lot of fun as well but for those people or aged who’ve resumed their exercises after years, for them it may seem painful at the start so it’s important to gradually start your exercises, for instance, starting with a walk.
