The advantage of tray based systems is that because it takes a little longer you will have more choice in how white you want your teeth so if after a couple of days you’re happy you can stop then, you don’t really have this option with laser treatments. Also after six months when the whiteness will have naturally faded you can top it up with a quick procedure, again this is not possible with the laser treatment.
