Flooring is also an important part while building a gym. Choose between two types of flooring, vinly and rubber. Advantage of rubber flooring is that it cushions any falls. You will be comfortable with running, walking and standing in difference to the carpeted flooring or tiled flooring. Bear in mind that a rubber floor will reduce the impact you create will exercising. And the rubber floor is also easily cleaned and maintained. Vynil flooring is easily cleaned, which makes it hygienic, and the noise is reduced to aceptable level.
