You’ve had a long, taxing day at the office and you’re set to head home and collapse in front of the TV. You committed to yourself you would do a 30 minute workout but feel too beat to even think about it. Does this sound like a frequent situation? Two of the most common excuses people give for not exercising are lack of time and exhaustion. After all, a lengthy day taking care of family or working at the office takes time and energy. Unfortunately, you nonetheless require exercise for both strength and recreation. What can you do to inspire yourself when your are too weary to train?
We all get there from time to time – too tired to want to think about working out. But you understand you still need to. What do you do? Is is just lack of motivation or is it a bodily difficulty. Here are a few ideas to aid in both areas.
