In order to see all the secret potential hiding within the subconscious mind, you have to believe in its ability. The only way to believe is actually doing it yourself. This involves a high amount of training on your part, which we’ll explain more about below. It starts with acknowledgement and once you reach this pinnacle, everything else is downhill from there.
You’ve probably heard stories that revolve around the subconscious mind. Everyday there are all kinds of seminars and television shows that talk about the true existence of unlimited potential surrounding your inner voice. It’s the way many of us utilize our unnatural abilities to build a successful for ourselves and those around us. It’s important to remember this the next time you hear that little voice in your head. It could be telling you to make a change.
Plus it will give you an opportunity to take a different approach to your day. One thing to understand is when you believe in your subconscious mind power; any sort of coincidences take a back seat. You will have to focus on training your mind to connect with the inner mind. When you can do this you’ll be able to open the secrets that are underneath it all.
While we could send you through all kinds of hoops, the truth of the matter is it all starts here. Just by reading the information we’re about to provide, you have come to grips with the fact that you need to change your outlook on life. Now it’s time to start believing in the ways you can make this happen.
The idea is to set up your life in ways you previously thought were trivial. Seriously, how would it look if people came over to your house to find affirmation on notes, screen savers with positive thinking, and goals taped to the fridge or bathroom mirror? They would probably laugh, but go ahead and let them. They are probably the same people who live in a negative world and can’t get out.
Lets assume that its weight loss that you are looking for. So, you need to repeat the affirmation that you are your ideal weight instead of thinking about how fat or ugly you are. Write it down, record it, play this affirmation till it becomes ingrained in your psyche and subconscious. Many people even use their affirmations as screen savers and tape it to their mirror. Here you need to repeat it so many times that your subconscious mind accepts it as the truth and starts working accordingly.
As we reach new heights with our technology, research is able to give us a better understanding of how the inner mind works. It tells us that if we believe things will never change, then they will not. It tells us that if our deepest thoughts are enhanced with negativity then so will our life. Most importantly, it tells us that we don’t have to live this way if so choose.
To demonstrate how your subconscious mind controls your life, here is an example which all of us have experienced in some point in our lives. Most of the times if we happen to wake up late due to a malfunctioning alarm or some other reason, we often wake up in a bad mood. On waking up our thought is ‘Oh, no, this day is going to be difficult!’ As a result, you spill your coffee, burn your dress and may be even have a flat tire on your way to the office. This makes your think again and you say ‘it’s certainly one of those difficult days’. Your day becomes even more difficult with numerous impediments and there may even be a point in a day when you think ‘how worse can it get’ and then you realize loads!
The point is if we can teach someone who is negative 24 hours a day, 365 days out of the year, and then you can train your subconscious mind and break open all those secret benefits. Then again, if you’re just going to shrug off all the information we provide, you might as well stop now. If you’re ready to move forward, then let us tell you a little about quantum physics.
A good example to see for yourself is The Secret. It explains the relevance between reality and the subconscious mind, as well as how it can benefit your overall life. While it won’t be an easy thing to understand at first, it’s important to realize that there are many things we use in life we don’t understand. Take cell phones for instance. Can you tell me exactly how they work? Probably not, or even televisions for that matter.
Just as they did through ancient religions, you can use the positive benefits of the subconscious mind to build a successful future. Over time you will realize the difference. In fact, the more you train your subconscious mind, the more you’ll be able to see the changes at a faster pace.
In the end it all starts with the way you think. Just look at all the successful people around you. Did they all fall into success because of their family? Did they get a free pass to more money, a bigger house, and nicer cars? Sometimes yes, but 99.9% of the time, no. It came to be because they made it so with those inner voices coming from the subconscious mind. You can do the same if you take the opportunity that is before you today. It’s a decision that will be left up to you.

“Do memory games really help to improve your memory?” That is a good question to ask. Of course they can! You might not even remember it, but even in our formative years, we had already been exposed to memory games to help our minds develop. Even babies play it too! Little did we know that simple memory games could help you to improve your memory, miraculously! Who says that memory games are reserved only for the kiddies? Believe it or not, memory games work for everyone. If you realize that your memory is deteriorating fast, then this sure calls for some emergency help. You definitely would not want to have a memory capacity of a 70 year old when you are only 30 would you?
You might have heard your people saying to you “Why not do something more productive?” when you play these memory games. These people definitely do not understand the entire purpose of memory games.
Mind puzzles games are excellent for your mind. Simply by attempting such puzzle games, you are in actuality stimulating your brain and firing up your synapses to keep them from rusting up, so to speak. At the same time, some memory games will require you to retrieve information from the past and recall them. These kinds of games are definitely handy for kids who are suffering from Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). These puzzles will allow them to concentrate for a longer period of time and hence making them learn how to overcome the disorder.
For adults, they should turn to puzzle games instead. These puzzles usually come in different stages whereby it just gets increasingly harder as you reach the peak. It is definitely something fun to do and at the same time, it allows you to develop analytical and strategic skills, depending on the puzzle’s level of difficulty of course. You might not have the obvious effect of a larger brain when you continuously play puzzles and mind games. But you can definitely feel the difference when you are able to solve the puzzle in 1 minute flat.
Try playing some of the more popular mind games – Boggle, Pick-up-sticks, or even computer or console games like Medal of Honor whereby a lot of thinking and strategizing is needed.
While some of these games might seem a little irrelevant or “too easy” for you, they will still help to give you necessary amount of power to boost your memory.
Of course, do remember that this does not mean that you have to sit down the entire day playing endless mind games and puzzles. Remember to include a good dose of rest and some exercises too. When the mind gets too tired, it will just slow down the entire process of thinking and remembering. As such, you should always include several different kinds of activities, along with these mind-boggling puzzles. Do something relaxing that you enjoy, like yoga or jogging. These exercises will not only help refresh the mind but also ensures a better circulation in the body. Keep in mind that a healthy mind starts with a healthy body.
It is entirely possible for you to have an active and alert mind of a 25 year old, even when you’re 65. All it takes is playing memory games to stimulate your mind and achieve amazing mind power!
