The variation of symptoms between different people suffering from panic attacks is broad so it can sometimes be hard to diagnose the condition. There can also be a variation in the way the symptoms affect the person. Some serious physical conditions, such as heart attacks, share some of the same symptoms. If the panic attack is mistaken for a heart attack, the stress will increase anxiety and make the attack worse, so it is important to recognize that it is a panic attack. Furthermore, it may cause a person to follow the incorrect course of treatment. So what are panic attacks? How are they caused? And what are the symptoms? The Role Adrenaline Plays
Often, there is a link between adrenaline levels in the body and panic attacks, although it must be said that they are not caused by brain chemical imbalances. There are some panic attack symptoms, which are caused by adrenaline and it has been found that the chances of an attack are higher if levels of the hormone are high. High levels of adrenaline can be the cause of dizziness, heart palpitations, and fast breathing. For more info, click: managing panic attacks.
One important symptom to watch out for is a constant stressed out feeling. It could manifest itself as headaches, tiredness, joint pain, or muscle pain. Extreme symptoms can also develop like paranoia or even hallucinations.
To identify the symptoms in panic attacks is the first step forward to managing them and leading towards a cure. Know that you are on the correct path and you will reach a cure and be free of them eventually.
It is rarely recommended to deal with panic attacks using drugs. The drugs only provide mild relief from some of the symptoms but do not act as a cure, for example, Xanax and Celexa. It is a good idea to know all about the drugs used but be wary about them and don’t be tempted to think they are a quick fix. Spending money on drugs is a bad idea when they will never provide a cure and will make you dependent on them. Natural methods are infinitely better.
